Breakfast is easy and gets back to fresh and raw, for rich enzymes with a simple fruit and yogurt breakfast plate.
This is particularly great if you're short on time and need finger foods to take with.
I prefer homemade yogurt, but in a hurry I'll use a good quality greek yogurt minus the articifical sugars they usually come with. The fruit is wonderful dipped in the yogurt, and if you want some additional protein, add a cup of nutbutter to dip the fruit in.
Served with a glass of green juice, homemade and freshly pressed, or using a quality green juice ready made in a pinch will work to bring an enzyme rich breakfast.
