1/2 c coconut yogurt or coconut cream from can
1 frozen banana
1 scoop of a Greens powder ( I use Nutrition Dynamics Dynamic Greens Mint for the mint flavor, but you can add a 5 drops of peppermint essential oil along with 1 scoop of plain greens powder as well.)
3 pieces of cooked broccoli (your kids will never know the difference)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder ( I use Ultra Meal by Nutrition Dynamics)
Blend well and drink.
