MVP Daily Smoothie

This is my favorite breakfast smoothie.  I would say I do this particular blend more often than not.  It's definitely my go to daily!


Combine and blend until smooth:

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen mango

1/2 frozen banana

1 tbsp frozen OJ concentrate

1-2 cups almond, coconut or hemp milk (depending on how thick you like it)

1 tbsp chia seed

1 tbsp flax seed, ground

1 scoop vanilla or berry flavor pea protein powder
