Prisoner Balls

I'm a sucker for seeing what ingredients can do for me. If you read my previous blogs I like to see what function my body needs and then match those needs to foods that serve that function then see what kind of yummy concoctions I can come up with. This particular recipe was for my desire to help my husband's body get into a state of ketosis where it is burning fat because there's no carbs left, to put it extremely basically . It's also because I wanted a super energy bar without it being a bar and taste and feel more like a treat. What resulted was a super high enwrgy, high protein, fat bomb that tastes fantastic!
