My converted recipe successfully converts it OUT of the Congestor Category. It moves it to a combination Builder/Lubricator, which is essentially Protein and Good Fats...a much better option than a sugar carb Congestor food!
Easy to make ahead and use as take along meals with no need to-reheat. Gluten free, vegan and vegetarian, healthy and clean
Food functions for this meal:
Eliminators: Carrots, spinach, onion, garlic, herbs
Congestor: brown rice
Builders, black beans, eggs(optional),walnuts, and the veg!
