Mediterranean Cucumber Radish Salad

Salads don't have to just be lettuce and dressing you know!  Take any fresh veg ready to go and toss with a few herbs and oil or dressing.   You will be surprised the flavor combinations you can come up with!  If you think about it, every other culture combos basically the same 10-20 ingredients into different combinations also, you have just gotten accustomed to it and all that those ingredients can combine to form.  Start combining , recombining, and experimenting to come with your all new flavor combinations.

Thai Green Curry Vegetables and Noodles with Peanut Sauce

This is the combination using the Fresh Fridge Formulas for lunch that I came up with today.

First of all, what I love about Fresh Fridge is that it is all ready for you!  The veggies and washed and cut, the beans and lentils and cooked, as are noodles, rice and quinoa.

Then, each morning before I head off, I grab a covered container and do 4 things:

1.  Add my base(noodles, greens, rice, quinoa, or all of the above)

2.  Add my cut up veg and greens

MVP Daily Smoothie

This is my favorite breakfast smoothie.  I would say I do this particular blend more often than not.  It's definitely my go to daily!


Combine and blend until smooth:

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen mango

1/2 frozen banana

1 tbsp frozen OJ concentrate

1-2 cups almond, coconut or hemp milk (depending on how thick you like it)

1 tbsp chia seed

1 tbsp flax seed, ground

1 scoop vanilla or berry flavor pea protein powder

Mint "Ice Cream" Smoothie

1/2 c coconut yogurt or coconut cream from can

1 frozen banana

1 scoop of a Greens powder  ( I use Nutrition Dynamics  Dynamic Greens Mint for the mint flavor, but you can add a 5 drops of peppermint essential oil along with 1 scoop of plain greens powder as well.)

3 pieces of cooked broccoli (your kids will never know the difference)

1 scoop chocolate protein powder ( I use Ultra Meal by Nutrition Dynamics)


Blend well and drink.

The Quarter Cup Smoothie

1/4 c prune juice

1/4 c frozen spinach

1/4 c blueberries

1/4 c raspberries

1/4 c. coconut milk yogurt

may add scoop of protein powder, chia and flax seed as desired.

Blend and enjoy!
