I absolutely love these simple and crunchy crackers.  They are grain free a great Builder Function, and easy to make.  They go great with anything typical for crackers.  My favorites...sunbutter, or hummus, and lately....I use them to scoop my Vegan Sloppy Joes rather than using a bun or gluten free bread. 

Keep this recipe around...it's a great replacement for typical Congestor foods!

Over time, I created something that at least is similar to the famous and favorite puppy chow from days of old!  This recipe avoids all of the typical allergy intolerant reactions because it doesn't contain any of the problematic phenolic foods like chocolate....But believe me it's just as tasty

Vanilla Chia Pudding

This is awesome to make ahead and grab and go as a quick nutritious breakfast or protein rich snack throughout the day.

I use mason jars with lids, which makes it easy to prepare, refrigerate, and then grab and go.

Vanilla Chia Pudding

1/4 c chia seeds

1 cup almond milk, coconut milk, or other

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

3 frozen strawberries ( can use fresh raw strawberries, I use frozen because it makes it thicker)
